Suggestion and guidelines for sports
Warm-up
|
Need 5-10 minutes to do the warm-up exercises before running. |
Breathing
|
Don’t hold your breath when you are running,often sniff when ready to do the undo action,spit out the air with your mouth,breathing and action should be coordinated,if breathing is too fast,you should stop doing sports. |
Frequency
|
The same part of muscle should has 48 hours rest, that means can train the same parts of muscle every other day. |
Relaxation
|
Need to do 5 minutes undo action after sports, especially stretching of foot muscle ,so that can avoid the condensation of muscle, keep it flexible. |
Diet
|
For protecting the digestive system, do exercise an hour after meal,can eat food half an hour later after training.Don’t drink too much water when you are exercising,in order to avoid to increase the heart and kidney workload. |

No matter what speed you are walking, It is better to do the stretching exercises firstly. The warm muscle is more easy to stretch, so you can walk 5-10 minutes to warm up, and then stop to do the stretching exercises as following steps----do 5 times, about 10 seconds or more time each leg. Once again after exercise. |
