With the passion to create Life in villa original designs, we have applied for more than 60 patents for original designs which are created with the hard work by our international designer team.
Most of outdoor furniture of life in villa are our original design, and have registered domestic and foreign patent for protection.
The main material is PE rattan and cloth of cushion, all of them were imported from abroad.

The design concept of product is: Not only to provide the comfortable usage ,but also make the products to be the adornment of environment, and bring a fashion life style for people. Our outdoor furniture own the modern design, use comfortable, durable, and can suffer sun-scorched and rain-drenched,and easy to clean.They are suitable for using in indoor or outdoor.The product use the the high glass aluminium alloy as frame,it is portable and strong,the surface spray the outdoor powder for protection,and with the high density and polymer fiber PE rattan which is imported,all products are made by the skilled technician.

The factors which affect the cost
The rattan of life in villa was imported from Wintech, pass the SGS test,anti-UV up to more than 3000 hours.

Daily maintenance: Use a clean and soft cloth to wipe the surface dust .You can also use a damp cloth to graze, Do not wipe the spray parts, PE rattan, glass with hard objects. Avoid contact with acidic chemicals and greasy substance, can wash with detergent. |

Periodic maintenance: can have a key maintenance generally every quarter . After using the Soft cloth to wipe surface dust of furniture, and then use the furniture special cleaner with wet cloth to graze, later again with a clean soft cloth to dry,For the especially pollution and long time not clean funiture can use the soft brush cleaning with the wet cloth (when necessary with detergent), then dry it. Furniture hardware accessories and metal handle can be used a little oil wipe clean and dry, make it able to flexible rotation and rust resistance to oxidation. |

The fault phenomenon of furniture mainly have following aspects: foot uneven ground, poorly assembled, seat piled high adverse glass fitted adverse; |

The cause analysis and troubleshooting:
Foot uneven ground by itself.
Analysis: a ground is not flat b Product feet with foreign body c The product itself uneven ground Remedy： a Place the product at sufficient level ground and observed whether plains b Confirm the product haven’t foreign body on foot; c ①At home with the height-adjustable feet, adjust the height of the foot until the product directly to reach the flat. ②If the product itself without height-adjustable feet, need to find the height about 10cm of hard objects booster vain foot feet including a neighbor, then soft reduction touching the ground feet square, and until date reach the flat.
Poorly assembled
We will have trail assembly when we need to assemble the products , inspection and assembly qualified before shipping. Poorly assembled as following reasons: a Assemble at the incorrect place b Assemble with the wrong accessories (such as size and the length of screws are incorrect) c Other problem. Exclusion methods a/b Strictly according as our installation specification to install. c If have several assembly position, all positions must be properly aligned, fitted with screws to lock. Product heap problems Problem analysis: a The wrong method of product piled. b Furniture is easy to causing deformation during using it. Exclusion methods： a Find the right position to pile. b If deformation, to find a relative standard with models as a reference to correct
Bad glass embeded
We will have trail assemble each product which with the glass , inspection and assembly qualified before shipping. The reasons caused the bad embed as following: a The glass is not match with the item no; b The glass and the product mix wrong direction; c Product deformation during transport or moving. Exclusion methods a Confirm the glass is match with the model b Can change the direction of glass and then assemble again c Once deformation,can find a same model as reference and correction.
